Our policy lasts 08 days for refunds or exchanges & 24hrs for order cancellations.
In case of refunds or exchange if 08 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In case of order cancellations, customers can cancel their orders within 24hrs from the time of placing orders on our website in case of wrong orders placed.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging. For order cancellations customers should act within 24hrs from payment being made by them along with the email mentioning their invoice copy on our email id: ishmeetenterprises2021@gmail.com
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Personalized or Customized Apparels listed on our website.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with valid parcel opening video & showing that your product is delivered damaged or not as per your desired.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items can be only exchanged.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
